Krzysztof Fails At Gamedev ?!

Hi Guys!
I know, title of that post is so  heavy and depressing...
meh...
I'M KIDDIN'1!!1!! hahahaha lol xD

Here's the thing:
My friend show me a curious theory or a method? People are trying to focus on success, they're running for success... But failure is a painful thing... So why not to change a think? Maybe is it good to focus on failure? I know it sounds riddiculusly because failure bring us down, leaks us with motivation etc. But here's a funny thing. If You want something (in my case I want to be full time sound designer in a gamedev studio) you will face many fails, disappointment and many many more. But you will do your best every single time. Right? So this method focus on failures. I have to send 100 CVs till the end of 2018 and try to be 100 time rejected. Insane right? But you need to know I need to do my best in every single CV. I need to learn new methods, techniques to be (in my opinion) the best candidate for this job. So I try to be rejected but in the same time I will learn tons new stuff. Even how to make 2D graphics for games!

About music... SoS music chart 01 !!!1!oneone!!

Hi guys! March was a really busy month for me... so I didn't have much time to post here. April started a little bit (slightly :D ) lighter so my first thought was "hey Chris! move your ass and post on your blog you little bastard!". I know - Speed of Sound is about sound design in games, movies, media, but I think, good sound designers are also music lovers. So I decided to make a top 5 of my favourite (mostly played) music tracks for each month. I love my music folders, my music "routine" but I'm also open for a new music, so guys don't be surprised when you will see the same tracks few months in a row :D Let's start: No5 - Deadmau5 - Cat Thruster - I love Deadmau5 catchy, hypnotizing beats with analogue feeling. Cat Thruster starts with lovely lovely bassline. It reminds me the best 70s funky basslines. Really good mixed with kickdrum attacks listener with good energetic vibe.
